AI policy

AI is part of how we work. This document is specific about where it applies, where it doesn't, and how human oversight is built into the process. It is intended for clients, prospects, and anyone whose content or data enters our system.

Where AI is used

Content formatting. When you submit bios, service descriptions, FAQ answers, and other material through your onboarding folder, we use AI to format and structure that content for upload into your site. The source material is always yours. We do not generate client-facing copy from scratch without it.

Build workflows. The site build combines our conversion architecture, design system, and documented SOPs with AI-assisted workflows for efficiency and consistency. Every output is reviewed by a human before it reaches staging.

Internal review. We use AI to check drafted content for formatting, structure, and consistency before it goes to you. You review and approve all copy before anything goes live.

Where AI is not used

Visual design is done by our team. Typography, layout, color, and photography direction involve no AI tooling.

Compliance decisions are made by humans. Disclaimer placement, testimonial framing, and regulatory copy are reviewed by our team and then independently by your compliance officer. We do not use AI to determine what is or isn't compliant.

We do not use AI to write your content from scratch.

Human oversight

Every deliverable goes through human review before you see it. You then review and approve the staging site. Your compliance officer reviews it independently before DNS is switched.

Your data

Content you submit through your onboarding folder is used solely to build your site. We do not use client content to train AI models. We do not share it with third parties outside the tools required to deliver your project.

Ethical principles

Transparency. This policy is public and specific. We do not make vague statements about AI use. If something changes in how we use AI, this document is updated.

Accountability. A human is responsible for every output that reaches a client. AI is a workflow tool. It does not make final decisions.

Privacy. Client data is treated as confidential. It is not repurposed, shared, or used to improve external AI systems.

Fairness. AI is not used to make decisions about clients, pricing, or eligibility. Those decisions are made by people.
